Refund and Returns Policy

Full refund except -$15 for postage once package returns

Returns sent within 7 days of delivery, to 103 pine Avenue Leeton 2705.

Item must not be worn and must be in brand new condition. No refunds on clearance or sale items.

A refund will not be issues for the following reasons;

• if you changed your mind.
• f you think products is too heavy or too heavy duty for your dog
• if you decided you don’t like the product.
• if you have no use for the product.
